Access to hnowin is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and over. Age verification is required at registration, and additional documentation may be requested at any time. Underage accounts are immediately closed and balances forfeited.
Each member is permitted exactly one hnowin account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses cancelled without exception.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hnowin will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password. Always use a unique, strong password and enable multi-factor authentication.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.
Bonuses are subject to turnover requirements and specific wagering conditions detailed per promotion. Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated play constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of hnowin's licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that Indonesian domestic gambling legislation may classify online gambling differently and that you are responsible for understanding your own legal obligations.
IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and hnowin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on hnowin, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use hnowin.
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on hnowin, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
Note on Indonesian Residents: You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register on hnowin. hnowin operates as an offshore platform and does not represent that its use is lawful under Indonesian domestic law. By registering, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legality of your participation and accept full responsibility for doing so.
When registering an account on hnowin, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.
During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, country of residence, and a preferred payment method. You may also be asked to create a unique username and a strong password.
hnowin is required under its licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, when account activity triggers internal risk thresholds, or at any time at hnowin's discretion.

Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification. hnowin will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
hnowin accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. hnowin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
hnowin offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
All bets placed on hnowin are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, or game type. General provisions applicable across all betting products are as follows:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hnowin. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content on hnowin — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hnowin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on hnowin without the prior written consent of hnowin or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of hnowin's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hnowin's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hnowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason it deems sufficient, including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for cause, hnowin may withhold funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. If wrongdoing is confirmed, hnowin reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance as compensation for damages incurred.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting hnowin Support. Any real-money Account Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

hnowin does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable data protection standards. hnowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hnowin will notify registered Members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of hnowin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using hnowin and may request account closure under Clause 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hnowin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through hnowin Support shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
hnowin and the Member agree that arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and that the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Indonesian Residents: hnowin acknowledges that Indonesian domestic law may impose restrictions on online gambling activities. By registering and using hnowin, Indonesian residents confirm that they are acting on their own initiative, that they have independently assessed their legal obligations under Indonesian law, and that hnowin bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a Member's decision to use the Platform.
